Ingredients: Banana, mango, coconut flakes, almond coconut milk blend.

Dairy free, refined sugar free, egg free, gluten free, grain free, paleo, AIP friendly (you could probably use pure coconut milk for nut free), vegan, sugar free, soy free, GAPs friendly (again, replace almond milk).
