This is my latest favourite way of cooking chicken. Stuffed with a Moroccan preserved lemon and lots of herbs, the skin is first rubbed with the Moroccan Preserved lemon and then sprinkled with yet more herbs.

Ingredients: Chicken, lemon, olive oil, salt, garlic, bay leaves, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley.

Refined sugar free, dairy free, egg free, gluten free, grain free, paleo, AIP, nut free, sugar free, soy free, GAPs.
