It’s a healthy recipe curation site. Inspired by foodgawker, tastespotting, pinterest, and the millions of wonderful healthy food blogs around the world, I hope to bring these things together into a searchable format so that users can find the recipe they’re looking for. Cooked Well is also different in that it focuses purely on healthy, allergy-free recipes (gluten-free, egg-free, paleo, AIP friendly, you name it).
If you’re a food blogger, you can submit your healthy recipes here! The recipes will be moderated and categorized. If you’re a blogger submitting a recipe, you are more than welcome to include your watermark on your submitted photos. All photos, as well as the post itself, will link directly to your recipe.
Unlike Foodgawker and Tastespotting, the photo standards here are not technically based. Your photos won’t be analyzed for perfect exposure and color temperature. If it’s a good photo with a good recipe, you will get in.
As for the recipe standards, obviously healthy is important. If your recipe is not healthy it won’t be posted. This means that the recipe must be allergy free in some respect (gluten, dairy, paleo, vegan, etc.), but recipes that are at least gluten-free are more likely to get in.
Please note: My number one goal for you food bloggers is to make sure you’re completely and 100% satisfied with the way your recipe looks on the website and the way your name is featured. If you aren’t satisfied, just fill out the form below and I’ll do my best to make you happy. As a blogger who has used FoodGawker and Tastespotting myself, I understand how frustrating and unfair they can be and my goal with Cooked Well is to make sure that doesn’t happen!
Anyway, thanks for visiting! I hope you stick around a while!
